Victor Navone was just a dude playing around with the Animation Master software when he made this.  It was one of the first videos to go viral, and it ended up in front of the recruiters at Pixar.  Now Mr. Navone is one of the lead animators over at Pixar, and he also teaches at Animation Mentor.  The attitude conveyed with this simple, one-eyed character is just amazing.  I heard that he had trouble getting the feet to look right, so he cheated by not showing them!  Sometimes the best solutions are the easiest ones.  There's more on his blog about the making of "Alien Song," and some great learning resources, too.  Enjoy.
